About the Role

IBM is seeking a Salesforce Package Consultant to join its Consulting Client Innovation Center in Pune. As a client-facing practitioner, you will work with global teams and visionary leaders to deliver innovative Salesforce CRM solutions. You'll be responsible for driving business transformation by aligning client goals with cutting-edge Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and development teams to design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients to assess business challenges and craft effective architectural solutions.
• Advocate architectural and development best practices within internal teams.
• Assist clients in improving effectiveness, reducing costs, and boosting profitability by integrating strategy, process, and technology.
• Continuously develop new skills and explore cross-discipline roles across various industries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Expertise in Apex including classes, triggers, and batch processes
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations
• Understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, permission sets)
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative automation tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Aura Components is a plus
• Strong consulting, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work in hybrid model and travel up to 20%
